Year round hunting lease in Palo Pinto County approximately one hour
west of the metroplex near gorgeous Possum Kingdom Lake. An incredible
opportunity to get away from the city any time of year and enjoy the
beauty and serenity of the mountain covered mesquite and cedar
countryside. Avid hunters will enjoy the abundance of deer, wild hogs,
turkey, quail and dove that this lease has to offer. Younger hunters

themselves the number of guns and hunters they want on the lease. The
landowner does not hunt and will not allow anyone other than the lessee
to hunt on the lease. He does however, expect you to respect the land
and keep it as clean when you leave as it was when you arrived. Deer
stands, blinds, cameras and hog traps are all permitted on the lease
with the understanding that it is already leased for cattle grazing..
This lease does not have potable water or electricity but it is only a
few minutes away from Graford which has a post office, cafe, Dollar
General, liquor store, several restaurants and a gas station. There's
also Possum Kingdom Lake only a few short miles to the west.
This is a 96 acre lease consisting of a 51 acre planted field up front
and 45 acres of trees in back. It has three stock tanks (ponds) that
attract deer, hogs and other wildlife from the surrounding properties.
